1. Introduction
Lämpöopas ("we", "us", or "our") operates the lampoopas.fi website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in various ways:
- Usage data: information about how you access and use our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.
- Cookies: we use cookies and similar tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) to improve our services and analyze site usage.
- Quote request details: when you fill in a quote request form we store your name, phone number, email address, postal code, the service you selected, your message and the consent sentence you accepted.
3. Use of Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and maintain our website
- Improve user experience
- Analyze usage patterns and trends
- Respond to your comments or inquiries
4. Who receives your quote request
When you send a quote request through a form on Lämpöopas, we pass the details you gave us to installation companies operating in your area so that they can quote your job. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for our own marketing without separate consent.
- What we share: your name, phone number, email address, postal code, the service you selected and the message you wrote.
- Who receives it: up to three installation companies in your area that do the work you asked about. Once a company receives your details it is an independent controller of them and answers for its own processing.
- Why: so that you get a quote for the work you asked about. The legal basis is the consent you give on the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
- Withdrawing consent: write to info@lampoopas.fi at any time to withdraw your consent and have your request deleted. Withdrawal does not undo a request that has already been passed on, so ask the company that received it to delete its copy as well.
